Roald Dahl Museum — Big Friendly Home Education Days

On these days the Roald Dahl Museum closes to the public and opens just for home-educating families, with a flexible mix of facilitated workshops and self-led exploration. The programme includes sensory and interactive storytelling, a Writing Hut talk about Roald Dahl's life and writing process, creative play-based and creative-writing workshops, a self-led galleries challenge and a woodland Tree Trek trail. Admission is around £8 per adult/child (under-5s free, concessions available); the optional creative workshops are £5 extra and must be booked ahead.
