A daytime gymnastics class for home-educated children run by Sapphire Gymnastics, one of the UK's largest clubs, in their purpose-built facility at Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre. The Home Ed programme offers an active, engaging way for school-aged children to learn and move during the day: the gymnastics-based class focuses on strength, coordination and core skills like rolls, handstands and balances, led by expert coaches (a ninja-based option with obstacle courses and climbing has also been offered — check current availability).
